1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ralphable, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Ralphable is a web application that generates structured skills for Claude Code using the Ralph loop methodology. Skills are downloadable .md files designed to be used with Claude Code.

3. User Content

Skills you generate are yours. However:

  • Free-tier skills are published to the community and shared publicly.
  • Pro-tier skills can be kept private or shared at your discretion.
  • You retain ownership of the content you create using our service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Ralphable platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Doved Studio. The Ralph loop methodology and skill templates are provided under a permissive license for personal and commercial use.

5. No Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated skills will produce specific results. The quality and effectiveness of skills depends on many factors including how they are used with Claude Code.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ralphable and Doved Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You authorize recurring charges according to your plan.
  • You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.
  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to circumvent usage limits.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
